Our Hand Batch Station accurately dispenses a pour size of 10Kg in 60 to 90 seconds.
How accurate are the dispensing and batch controls?
Our Hand Batch Station can accurately dispense material within 1 to 2 grams of set weight.
How easy is the machine to maintain?
Our Hand Batch Station HMI will display notifications for weekly, monthly, and semi-annual maintenance requirements. Depending on the size of the machine, the weekly maintenance will take approximately 30 to 60 minutes.
Is remote access and support available?
Our Hand Batch Station is equipped with full remote access for manufacture updates and support. Our machine can be remotely controlled and monitored at your desktop.
