What is the rate of material dispensing?

Our Automated Dispenser is custom built to specific requirements and able to accurately dispense material from 500 grams per minute to 50Kg per minute.

How accurate is the material dispensing?

Summers Equipment only uses precision high end gear pumps with a tolerance of 0.0001” coupled with our state-of-the-art control system’s real time feedback we maintain an accurate material ratio.

How easy is the machine to maintain?

Our Automated Dispenser HMI will display notifications for weekly, monthly, and semi-annual maintenance requirements. Depending on the size of the machine, the weekly maintenance will take approximately 30 to 60 minutes.

Is remote access and support available?

Our Automated Dispenser is equipped with full remote access for manufacture updates and support. Our machine can be remotely controlled and monitored at your desktop.
